The Bagel Market reminds me exactly of my local Brooklyn Bagel, so my Astoria heart felt right at home when I found myself working at my company’s Park Slope annex.

I opted for a whole wheat everything bagel (perfect texture and flavor) and went wild with bacon scallion cream cheese. I usually go for low-fat veggie, but really…who am I kidding? I’m about to stuff my face with a bagel and schmear…let’s not pretend to be making healthy choices.

The men behind the counter aren’t especially warm, but they’re fast and every order is always spot on. I’ll be back!
